Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at roztomilelampicky@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Vojanova 6, 779 00, Olomouc, Czech Republic.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In line with our Terms and Conditions, the seller is not responsible for minor visual imperfections inherent to the manufacturing technology itself (e.g., slight unevenness, a print seam, surface irregularities, etc.). These minor imperfections can be minimized but not completely eliminated.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (made-to-order or personalized items), and personal-care goods (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
